The Lancashire Sling Library
Babywearing has been around in many different forms for thousands of years as a hands-free way of transporting your baby, whilst keeping them close, warm and comfortable.
At the sling library you can try a wide variety of slings, get advice about how to use your sling and meet other babywearing parents.
As of 25th January the Lancashire Sling Library will run out of Hannah’s house in Rawtenstall. We have thoroughly enjoyed running the groups but a change in circumstances has meant it’s no longer practical to run all the groups, we apologise to those that will be disappointed and thank you for making the groups successful.
The sling library will now be available every Wednesday between 10am and 3pm at 16 Cribden Street, Rawtenstall, BB4 8HZ. Appointments at other times are available upon request. We’ll also be adding a weekend day once a month to suit those that work or want to bring partners along to look at the slings.
